Rules for Event
- Cannot put 091 Labs at risk (vague for a reason) [legally, financially]
- 091 Labs not responsible for success of event. We'll promote it if time available but it's the external's baby.
- Booked a minimum of 1 week in advance.
- Estimation of expected numbers must be given.
- Donation for internet/power/toilet roll?
Obligations of Hackerspace
- Must go on Events Calendar
- 091 Labs registered keyholder member must be present for event [insurance reasons]
- If overlapping with other event, check with other event organiser to see if both events can co-exist (in terms of space, noise, lighting, etc).
